Automatically draws pencil in and stops sharpening when special short tip is achieved.

Clamping teeth are rubber, protecting pencil surface from mars. Pencils with slick foil wrap may not be well held by teeth when draw into sharpener — try roughing up the surface a little.

Quiet operation — just avoid using on a resonating surface!

Light and portable. Desk clamp supplied, but self-feed mechanism frees one hand for holding the unit while cranking with the other hand. For graphite pencils and particularly excellent for colored pencils because of the short tip.
