Exchange Policy

  1. If the items were wrongly delivered.
  2. If the items were damaged during delivery or due to manufacturing defects.


Refund Policy

Faulty Goods Returns (within 7 days)

  • Proof of original invoice or any other form of evidence shall be given. Nevertheless, Bubucaca reserves the right to decline a refund, exchange, or repair if the product fault is caused by misuse or neglect under consumer law of negligence.

How to Return your purchases from Bubucaca

  • Please submit your return request at https://bubucaca.my/my-account/ with relevant details for reimbursement.
  • Mail/Return your items to the address below :

    40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
  • Refund is only permitted for any item(s) damaged due to manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
  • Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your selected bank account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will take approximately 14 – 21 working days to processed.
Reasons Description
Damaged The product is damaged during delivery.
Defective The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification.
Missing items/parts Missing items or parts not as described in packaging.
Website error The product does not match website specifications, description or image
(attribute to an error on website or minsinformation).

  1. If you experience activation problems with the credit cards or code activation provided by a third-party service provider, we highly recommend you contact the third-party service provider for assistance in activating any credit entitlement, as Bubucaca is unable to independently determine the validity of these codes.
  2. Any order received after 2 pm will be considered as the following day order.
